When the operator of Sugarloaf Harbor Marina on Bowles Shoals Lake set out to launch their retail store, they wanted something distinct — merchandise that reflected the spirit of the lake, the lifestyle of its visitors, and the memories made there. Gateways Art & Expressions partnered with them to create a fully custom line of artwork and products designed specifically for their location. Each piece was built from scratch, blending local themes and activities into a cohesive visual story that felt truly rooted in place.

The resulting collection helped kickstart retail operations and gave the marina a tangible way to celebrate its community and environment. Every design — from stickers to apparel-ready art — was hand-drawn to capture the energy of life on the water and the sense of belonging shared by those who visit.
